Customer Service Training

Holidays

We are changing the date and times our call center is closed for training. Beginning January 10, 2025, we will close our Customer Service lines for training between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm CT (9:30 am to 1:30 pm ET.) We will close for training on the second and fourth Friday of each month. Customer Service Representatives will not handle General Inquiries, Appeals, Reopenings, Provider Enrollment, or EDI calls during this time. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System and the WPS SNAP portal will continue to be available for your use during any closures. Please make note of these changes effective in 2025.
